2. Services Provided

Solidify 3D offers the following services:

3D Printing: We specialize in FDM printing with PLA filament, providing a colour palette of black and white only at the moment.

3D Modeling: We provide industrial design expertise to create or fine-tune 3D models based on your specifications.

3D Rendering: We create realistic visualizations of your products to enhance your marketing and presentation requirements.

3. Use of Services

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).Solidify 3D, including its owners and affiliates, will not be held responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of our products or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, you also consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

4. Modification to The Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Orders, Billing and Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information. Solidify 3D does not offer any refunds or accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or broken upon delivery.You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable.Currently, we are shipping 3D-printed items only within Bengaluru.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design request to Solidify 3D, you grant Solidify 3D the right to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and showcasing recent projects on the Solidify 3D website or promotional materials. Solidify 3D will not claim ownership of your design. You may request in writing that your design not be displayed on the Solidify 3D website or promotional materials.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to promptly update any changes to this information. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidify 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services;

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar threats that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through our services.

These Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either you or Solidify 3D. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services. If, in our sole discretion, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solidify 3D operates. Applicable Law: Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bengaluru.
